Our Teen Program is a structured training enviroment in which the Traditional Korean Martial Art of Tang Soo Do is taught. A full body workout is the goal of each class, with a desire to improve cardio vascular endurance, strength and flexibility. No nonsense Self Defense skills are taught, giving our students the confidence to know what to do and more importantly what not to do. We offer seperate teen classes, and have created a platform where they interact with their friends in a fun and educational way.
